Custom Garment Ordering Process

So you want a custom item?

First you should contact The Fortunate Fox via Facebook (fb.com/thefortunatefox) or via email [email protected]. 

Once your design has been confirmed, you will be invoiced for the Custom Garment Retainer Fee (see policies page for more information).

Upon payment, your spot will be secured for a certain ship by date.

4-6 weeks from your ship by date, you will be contacted for fabric selection.  Once fabrics have been selected, you will receive an invoice for your total purchase, less the retainer fee.  This is due within 48 hours.

Upon payment in full, your fabrics will be ordered and your items creation process will begin.

You will be notified when your item is complete and shipped.
